EHR Overview

The EHRcategory in Maintenance contains options used by the EHR module in axiUm.

It consists of the following items:

  • Allergy List: Configure the list of allergies.
  • Answer Schemes: Configure the answer schemes that can be used on EPR forms.
  • Attachment Displays: Configure the default section and sub-tab to load when accessing the Attachments/Consents module from within another module.
  • Attachment Sections: Create and manage the sections and sub-tabs used to organize attachments.
  • Chart Add Disciplines: Configure the default discipline to use in the Perio and Ortho modules when adding treatment.
  • Clinical Note Answer Lists: Create and manage answer lists for use in clinical notes.
  • Clinical Note Codes: Create and manage clinical note codes which are used to pre-populate a clinical note with standard text to improve note entry efficiency and help standardize information gathering on a patient’s record.
  • Clinical Note Colors: Create and manage the colors available for use when working with clinical notes.
  • Consent Codes: Configure the consent codes available for use at your institution.
  • Dental Problem List: Create and manage the list of available problem codes, which are used to indicate the patient's issue(s).
  • Drug Definitions: Configure the drug list for your institution.
  • Drug Frequencies: Configure the list of available drug frequencies used when entering medications and prescriptions.
  • EHR Display Options: Configure display options for use in the EHR module.
  • EPR Answer Lists: Create and manage answer lists for use with EPR forms.
  • EPR Image Codes: Configure the images that can be used on EPR forms.
  • Form Setup: Create and manage electronic forms.
  • Medical Alerts: Create and manage the list of medical alerts for use by your institution.
  • Medical Problem List: Configure the list of available medical problem codes available for use in your institution.
  • Objective Status Codes: Configure the list potential statuses that can be applied to objective codes.
  • Pharmacies: Configure the pharmacies used by your institution.
