Drug Frequencies Window

[Accessed from Maintenance > EHR > Drug Frequencies]

The Drug Frequencies window allows you to configure the list of available drug frequencies used when entering medications and prescriptions.

Drug Frequencies - Field Definitions

Field	Description
Description	A text field that describes the drug frequency.
Inactive	A checkbox that, when selected, indicates the frequency is inactive and not in use.

Drug Frequencies - Tasks

Task	Procedure
Add Drug Frequencies	Click the Clear Data () icon. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Drug Frequencies	Select a listed entry. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Drug Frequencies	Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report	(Optional) To preview the Drug Frequencies report, click the Preview Report () icon. To print the Drug Frequencies report, click the Print Report () icon. Note: The Drug Frequencies report uses the DrugFrq.rpt file.
