EPR Image Codes Window

Images can be used as answer types to questions which allows users to draw an answer onto a pre-loaded image. These image codes are loaded in a form question.

The EPR Image Codes window allows you to configure image codes for use in EPR forms.

EPR Image Codes - Field Definitions

Field	Description
Code	A text field that indicates the code that identifies the image.
Inactive	A check box that, when selected, indicates the field is inactive and not in use.
Description	A text field that describes the image.
Image	A thumbnail view of the image. The ellipsis is used to navigate to the image file and save it to the image code record.

Attachment Displays - Tasks

Task	Procedure
Add Image Codes	Click the Clear Data () icon. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Image Codes	Select a listed entry. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Image Codes	Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report	(Optional) To preview the EPR Graphics report, click the Preview Report () icon. To print the EPR Graphics report, click the Print Report () icon. Note: The EPR Graphics report uses the EPRImages.rpt file.
