Attachment Displays Window

When accessing the Attachments/Consents module from within another module, you can set which section and sub-tab display by default.

Example: If users open the Attachments/Consents module from the Transactions module, they are likely attempting to view something financial. They can set the default section and sub-tab to be the ones that store the patient’s statements.

Note: The default display option set for the Patient Card is also used when opening the Attachments/Consents module directly from the Nav Panel or Actions menu.

The Attachment Displays window allows you to specify these default options.

Field Description
Module

A drop-down list that indicates the module that this record applies to:

  • Patient Card
  • Transactions
  • EHR
  • Perio
  • Ortho
  • Case Management
Section

A drop-down list of configured Attachment Sections.
Sub-tab

A drop-down list of configured Attachment Sub-tabs available for the selected Section.
Task Procedure
Add Attachment Display Defaults
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.

    3. Note: Only one entry can be created for each Module.

Edit Attachment Display Defaults

  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Attachment Display Defaults
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Attachment Displays report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Attachment Displays report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Attachment Displays report uses the atdispl.rpt file.
