Objective Status Codes Window

The Objective Status Codes window allows you to configure status codes to track and identify the status of a Objective.

Objective Status Codes - Field Definitions

Field	Description
Code	A text field that indicates the code that identifies the objective status.
Default	A check box that, when selected, indicates this is the default status used when entering objectives.
Inactive	A check box that, when selected, indicates the code is inactive and not in use.
Description	A text field that describes the objective status.
Show in EHR	A check box that, when selected, indicates that objectives with this status are displayed in the EHR > Objectives tab of the odontogram. When deselected, objectives with this status are not displayed. Note: Regardless of this check box, objectives will display in the Treatment Planning module.
Resolved	A check box that, when selected, indicates that objectives with this status are considered resolved and are no longer displayed.

Objective Status Codes - Tasks

Task	Procedure
Add Objective Status Codes	Click the Clear Data () icon. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Objective Status Codes	Select a listed entry. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Objective Status Codes	Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report	(Optional) To preview the Objective Status Codes report, click the Preview Report () icon. To print the Objective Status Codes report, click the Print Report () icon. Note: The Objective Status Codes report uses the objsts.rpt file.
