Problem Status Codes Window

The Problem Status Codes window allows you to configure status codes to track and identify the status of a problem.

Field Description
Code

A text field that indicates the code that identifies the problem status.
Default

A check box that, when selected, indicates this is the default status used when entering problems.
Inactive

A check box that, when selected, indicates the code is inactive and not in use.
Description A text field that describes the problem status.
Show in EHR

A check box that, when selected, indicates that problems with this status are displayed in the EHR > Problems tab of the odontogram. When deselected, problems with this status are not displayed.

Note: Regardless of this check box, problems will display in the Treatment Planning module.

Resolved A check box that, when selected, indicates that problems with this status are considered resolved and are no longer displayed.
Task Procedure
Add Problem Status Codes
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.

Edit Problem Status Codes

  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Problem Status Codes
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Problem Status Codes report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Problem Status Codes report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Problem Status Codes report uses the prosts.rpt file.
