Treatment History Views Window

The Treatment History Views window allows you to configure

Field Description
View Name

A text field that describes the view.
Available In:

Check boxes that indicate the module(s) that the view is available in:

  • EHR

  • Ortho

  • Perio

Tx Status (Displayed in List)

Check boxes that indicate the treatment records to display based on the selected status(es):

  • PreExisting

  • Conditions

  • Planned

  • In Process

  • Completed

  • Ortho Visits

Display Disciplines

A list of Tx Disciplines that when selected, will be included in the view.

If no disciplines are selected, then all will display.

Note: Inactive disciplines are struck-out to identify that they are inactive, but can still be selected to view historic information.

Selection Options: Phase From / To Text fields that indicate whether axiUm filters results based on phase.
Selection Options: Date From / To Text fields and drop-down lists that indicate whether axiUm filters results based on date.
Display Options

Check boxes indicate the records to display based the selected items:

  • Show strike-out lines

  • Show deleted lines

  • Show notes

  • Show full notes

  • Hide notes by module

  • Show treatment forms

  • Show steps (I & C)

  • Show appointments

  • Show recalls

  • Show Appr User credentials

  • Hide Inactive Treatments

Hide Columns

A list of columns that, when selected, will be not be displayed in the view.
Sort Options

Drop-down lists that indicate how records are sorted:

  • Primary:

    • Date
    • Phase
    • Site
    • Location

  • Secondary:

    • Date
    • Phase
    • Procedure
    • Site
    • Entry Time
    • Location

  • Tertiary:

    • Date
    • Phase
    • Procedure
    • Site
    • Entry Time
    • Location
Sort planned activity to the end of the list A check box that, when selected, indicates that planned treatments will display at the bottom of the list.
Sort treatment notes under each treatment A check box that, when selected, indicates that notes will be sorted and displayed based on the date of the associated treatment record.
Show appointments' treatments

A check box that, when selected, indicates that planned appointments will be displayed.
Task Procedure
Add Treatment Views
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Specify Access to Treatment Views

  1. Select a view from the Views for selected module list.

    Tip: If necessary, change the selected Module to one that includes the view.

  2. Click the Level Access() icon to display the Treatment History Views Access window.
  3. Configure access as required and close the window.
Edit Treatment Views

  1. Select a view from the Views for selected module list.

    Tip: If necessary, change the selected Module to one that includes the view.

  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Treatment Views
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Reorder Views
  1. Select a module from the Module list to display the list of views for the module.
  2. Select a view from the Views for selected module list.
  3. Click the Up and Down buttons to move the entry within the list.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Tx History Views report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Tx History Views report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Tx History Views reports uses the txhview.rpt file.

Treatment History Views Access Window

(Maintenance > EHR > Treatment History Views > Level Access icon)

The Treatment History Views Access window allows you to manage access to the selected treatment view. It displays when you open the Treatment History Views window, select a listed module and view, then click the Level Access () icon.

Field Description
Tx History View

A disabled field that indicates the selected treatment history view.
Level

A disabled field that indicates the selected user level(s).

Tip: You can select multiple levels to save time. If multiple are selected, a comma and ellipsis (, ...) display after the first level.

Access

A drop-down list that indicates access for the selected user level(s):

  • No
  • Yes
Task Procedure
Configure Treatment History Views Access

  1. Select one or more user levels that should have the same access.

  2. Set the access fields as necessary and click the Modify Record () icon.

  3. Repeat the steps for all necessary user levels.
