System Overview

The System category in Maintenance contains options used throughout axiUm.

It consists of the following items:

  • axiUm Analytics Setup: Opt-in to the axiUm Analytics program that allows you to share product usage data directly with axiUm Support and the Product team.
  • axiUm Communication API: Configure axiUm to use the axiUm Communication API.
  • Carequality Setup: Configure the Carequality module to communicate with Redox and the external health system via the axiUm Communication API.
  • Clinical Records Auto-Reconciliation Rules: Configure auto-reconciliation rules for use in Carequality.
  • Consistency of Care Setup: Configure the Consistency of Care module to communicate with Redox and the external health system via the axiUm Communication API.
  • Custom Lists: Manage custom views for Info Manager that allow you to include information not available from standard Info Manager queries.
  • Custom Report Categories: Configure the list of custom report categories, used to group similar custom reports in the Info Manager module.

  • Database Auditing: Define table(s) for fine grain auditing.
  • Desktop: Configure common workstation options such as display settings and log on/off settings.
  • Email Settings: Define system wide settings about your email server/setup to enable sending emails and notifications outside of axiUm.
  • Email Templates: Configure templates to use when sending notification emails to users and patients.
  • eRx Options: Configure the eRx options in axiUm to allow users to connect to eRx from within axiUm.
  • Level Access: Review access levels for all windows that use the Level Access icon to define security settings.
  • Link Definitions: Configure the links available from the axiUm menu bar.
  • Linked Apps: Managed configuration for the Linked Apps module.
  • LiveUpdater Setup: Review and test the connection to LiveUpdater.
  • Merge Charts: Merge duplicate patient charts into a single active chart.
  • PowerAdmin Application: Launch PowerAdmin directly from axiUm, using axiUm's DB connection information.
