Carequality Setup Window

The Carequality Setup window allows you to register your organization with Redox and configure the Carequality module to communicate with a Redox environment and the Carequality interoperability framework via CAPI.

Field Description
Organization OID

These text field values are provided by Professional Services.
Patient OID / Document OID

These text field values are provided by Professional Services.
API Key

A text field that indicates the API key supplied by axiUm Professional Services.
Source Secret

A text field that indicates the source secret supplied by axiUm Professional Services.
Destination ID / Source

These text field values are provided by axiUm Professional Services.
Organization Name

A text field that represents the name of the organization.
Address / City / State / Zip Code

Text fields that identify the address of the organization.
Contact Name / Phone / Email

Text fields that identify the contact information for your institution.
Test Connection

A button that tests the Redox connection.

Note: If not successful, confirm the axiUm Communication API configuration is correct and, if necessary, contact Professional Services.

Register

A button that completes the registration process.

Note: The Register button does not display until the connection has been tested successfully.

Patient Consent A drop-down list that identifies the Consent Code required for patients to participate with Carequality. No Consent Required can be selected to indicate that all axiUm patients are subject to Carequality participation.
User Role

A drop-down list that identifies the SNOMED role used for all queries to push/pull data to and from Carequality.

By default, this drop-down list is set to Dentist.

Note: The options in the list are hard-coded into axiUm.

The integrated EHR reports visit history for the last __ months.

Typically, an updated Summary of Care file is only imported to the Attachments/Consents module when users sync patient records (automatically or manually), and the external patient record indicates a new encounter has occurred.

However, you can override this behavior. If a set time has passed since a patient record’s last sync, an updated Summary of Care file will be imported when they next sync, even if no new encounters have occurred.

A text field that indicates the number of months that must have passed without sync activity.

Carequality Connection

A drop-down list to indicate the Redox environment being connected to:

  • Off
  • Staging
  • Production
Task Procedure
Configure Carequality Setup
  1. Complete/modify the fields as necessary.
  2. Click the Test Connection button to confirm the Redox connection is successful.
  3. (Optional) Click the Register button to complete the registration process.
  4. Click OK.
