axiUm Analytics Setup Window

The axiUm Analytics Setup window allows you to control whether your institution opts-in or out of the axiUm Analytics reporting program. The program allows you to share product usage data directly with axiUm Support and the Product team.

If opted-in, the shared data helps us perform the following tasks:

  • Track feature adoption rate: We can identify which features are the most popular and/or valuable or which features are under-utilized in your organization.
  • Measure user engagement metrics: This is the time users spend in axiUm and the frequency of use.
  • Monitor user journeys: This may include the steps users take to complete a task and the average time users spend on a specific step.
  • Track performance: This may include when or where performance degrading or system crashes occur.
  • Identify areas for improvement: We can better understand the unique challenges or requirements within each organization and address these areas moving forward.

These tasks help us improve how we address issues and outages to optimize the user experience in axiUm as the gathered data allows us to make more informed decisions when designing future developments, implementing product workflows, and prioritizing bug fixes. This in turn can lead to more successful adoption of axiUm in your practice.

  • Product usage data does not include protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII), such as usernames, patient names, etc. Data will not be shared with other customers or external parties.

  • All tracking and reporting are done automatically behind the scenes and do not disrupt performance.
