axiUm Analytics Setup Window

The axiUm Analytics Setup window allows you to control whether your institution opts-in or out of the axiUm Analytics reporting program. The program allows you to share product usage data directly with axiUm Support and the Product team.

If opted-in, the shared data helps us perform the following tasks:

  • Track feature adoption rate: We can identify which features are the most popular and/or valuable or which features are under-utilized in your organization.
  • Measure user engagement metrics: This is the time users spend in axiUm and the frequency of use.
  • Monitor user journeys: This may include the steps users take to complete a task and the average time users spend on a specific step.
  • Track performance: This may include when or where performance degrading or system crashes occur.
  • Identify areas for improvement: We can better understand the unique challenges or requirements within each organization and address these areas moving forward.

These tasks help us improve how we address issues and outages to optimize the user experience in axiUm as the gathered data allows us to make more informed decisions when designing future developments, implementing product workflows, and prioritizing bug fixes. This in turn can lead to more successful adoption of axiUm in your practice.

Important:

  • Product usage data does not include protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII), such as usernames, patient names, etc. Data will not be shared with other customers or external parties.

  • All tracking and reporting are done automatically behind the scenes and do not disrupt performance.

Field Description
Organization Database ID

An internal field that is auto-populated and disabled.
Organization ID

A disabled filed that indicates your Organization ID.

Important:This field is set in System > System Options and should only be changed if indicated by axiUm Support.

Report organization-wide axiUm usage

Radio buttons used to indicate whether you are participating in the axiUm Analytics program.

  • Opt In

  • Opt Out

    • Note: The Opt In radio button is selected by default.

Include User Level in reported data

Radio buttons used to indicate whether user level information is included in the data sent to axiUm Analytics.

Important: If selected, only the user level assigned to the user will be shared. No other identifying information will be shared.

Terms and Conditions

A button that displays the axiUm Analytics Terms and Conditions window.

Note: The button is only enabled if the Opt In radio button is selected.
History

A button that opens the axiUm Analytics History window and displays the opt-in/opt-out history.
Task Procedure
Opt-out of axiUm Analytics
  1. Next to the Report organization-wide axiUm usage and Include User Level in reported data fields, select the Opt Out radio button as necessary.
  2. Click OK.
View Terms and Conditions
  1. Click the Terms and Conditions button to display the axiUm Analytics Terms and Conditions window.
View History
  1. Click the History button to review the opt-in/opt-out history.
