eRx Options Window

The eRx Options window allows you to configure the eRx options in axiUm to allow users to connect to eRx from within axiUm and transmit prescriptions electronically.

Field Description
Practice Name

A text field that indicates the practice name.
Rcopia Username

A text field that indicates the Rcopia username.
Web Browser URL

A text field that indicates the SSO URL provided by DrFirst.
Engine Upload URL

A text field that indicates the data upload URL provided by DrFirst.
Engine Download URL

A text field that indicates the data download URL provided by DrFirst.
External user

A text field that indicates the axiUm audit user.

The ellipsis is used to display the Users List window and select a user.
Send timeout

A text field that indicates how long axiUm waits in seconds while another user sends a patient’s medications to eRx.
Update timeout A text field that indicates how long axiUm waits in seconds while another user retrieves a patient’s medications from eRx.
Time Zone Offset (from axiUm Server) A text field that indicates the time zone offset in hours between the eRx server and the axiUm server.

Configure eRx Options
  1. Complete/modify the fields as necessary.
  2. Click OK to save your changes.
