Basic Overview

The Basic category in Maintenance contains address, custom and other foundational options used throughout axiUm.

It consists of the following items:

• City Codes: Create and manage the list of city codes, as well as default information about the city.
• Country Codes: Create and manage the list of countries.
• Custom Codes: Create and manage the lists of possible answers for the associated custom fields.
• Custom Fields: Create and manage custom fields to display in various places in axiUm.
• Custom Text: Create and manage custom text to display in various places in axiUm.
• Gender Codes: Manage the list of genders available for use.
• Required Fields: Create and manage required field templates for various types of records, and assign them to be enforced for specific practices and status codes.
• State Codes: Create and manage the list of states and provinces.
• Status Codes: Create and manage the lists of various status codes used throughout axiUm.
• Title Codes: Create and manage the list of titles.
