Gender Codes Window

The Gender Codes window allows you to manage the list of gender codes used by your institution.

Note: The list of available gender codes is currently hard-coded into axiUm. You have the ability to inactivate any gender codes that are not used in your institution.

Field Description
Code

A text field that indicates the code that identifies the gender.
Description

A text field that describes the gender.
Type

A disabled drop-down field that should be ignored.
Inactive A check box that, when selected, indicates the code is inactive and not in use.
Task Procedure

Edit Gender Codes

  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Print/Preview Gender Codes
  1. (Optional) To preview the Gender Codes report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Gender Codes report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Gender Codes report uses the gender.rpt file.
