The Clinical categories in Maintenance are EHR, Case Management, Clinical, Ortho, Perio, Tx Planning, and Lab Tracking. The EHR category contains a wide variety of options related to the EHR module. This includes treatment history views, EHR display options, and EPR image codes, pharmacies, medical alerts, an allergy list, a medical problem list, and a dental problem list. It also includes clinical note codes, clinical note colors, and clinical note answer lists, consent codes and required consent rules, drug definitions and drug frequencies, chart add disciplines, form setup, objective status codes, and problem code access and problem status codes. The Case Management category contains options related to the Case Management module. This includes surgery stages, anesthetic drugs, anesthetic units, anesthetic deliveries, and anesthetic gauges, vital bounds, and case options. The Clinical category contains clinical options used throughout axiUm. This includes procedure codes, modifier codes, procedure macro codes, diagnostic categories, clinical diagnosis codes, medical diagnosis codes. It also includes tx disciplines, level codes, clinical symbol codes, fee schedule codes, and fee schedule updates. The Ortho category contains options related to the Ortho Manager module. This includes set codes and stage codes, ortho custom fields and ortho custom lists, ortho form setup, and ortho answer lists. The Perio category contains options related to the Perio Chart module.
