Claims Management

Billing staff, administrative users, and clinical support personnel who are responsible for insurance claims processing and follow-up

This course introduces the end-to-end insurance claims process in axiUm, from treatment entry through submission, response review, and follow-up. Learners will gain practical skills in creating and submitting electronic and paper claims, managing pre-authorizations, identifying and resolving errors, reviewing clearinghouse responses, and taking corrective actions such as rebilling or requeuing claims.
