Ortho Answer Lists Window

Ortho answer lists are created in axiUm like other form answer lists but can be set to be used only with ortho forms, or shared so that they are available in Ortho, EHR, and Perio forms.

Notes:

  • All fields in the Ortho Answer Lists window are the same as the EPR Answer Lists window, except for the Form Type field, which is described below.

  • Additionally, the EPR Answer Lists window has an Is ASA check box, that is not present in the Ortho Answer Lists window.

Field Description
Type

A drop-down list with the following options:

  • Ortho EPR Form: Answer lists are only accessible in the Ortho module and not from the EHR or Perio modules.
  • All: Forms can be viewed from Ortho, EHR, and Perio modules.
