Electronic Attachments Window

The Electronic Attachments window allows you to configure axiUm to save the listed electronic files to that patient's record in the specified attachment section and sub-tab of the Attachments/Consents module.

Field Description
Receipts

A check box that, when selected, indicates that receipts printed from the Transactions module are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

The Section and Sub-tab drop-down lists indicate which section and sub-tab the files are saved to in the Attachments/Consents module.
Statements

A check box that, when selected, indicates that statements printed from the Transactions and Info Manager modules are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

The Section and Sub-tab drop-down lists indicate which section and sub-tab the files are saved to in the Attachments/Consents module.
Estimates

A check box that, when selected, indicates that estimates printed for the patient are to be stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

The Section and Sub-tab drop-down lists indicate which section and sub-tab the files are saved to in the Attachments/Consents module.
Payment Plans

A check box that, when selected, indicates that payment plan contracts printed from the Transactions module are stored as electronic attachments on the patients record.

Tx Plans

A check box that, when selected, indicates that treatment plan contracts printed from the Treatment Planning module are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

Tx Plan Letters

A check box that, when selected, indicates that treatment plan letters are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

Summary of Care

A check box that, when selected, indicates that Summary of Care files created are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

Approval Report

A check box that, when selected, indicates that approval reports are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

The Section and Sub-tab drop-down lists indicate which section and sub-tab the files are saved to in the Attachments/Consents module.
eLab Documents

A check box that, when selected, indicates that DDX documents are stored as electronic attachments on the patient record.

The Section and Sub-tab drop-down lists indicate which section and sub-tab the files are saved to in the Attachments/Consents module.
Max size (MB): A text field that indicates the maximum size of file attachments.
Task Procedure
Configure Electronic Attachments
  1. Complete/modify the fields as necessary.
  2. Click OK to save your changes.
