Ortho Custom Lists Window

You can configure custom lists for use in custom ortho fields to display available options to the user. This helps improve efficiency in entering information and makes reporting easier.

The Ortho Custom Lists window allows you to configure the name of the custom list and it's inactive status.

Description

A text field that describes the ortho custom list.

Inactive

A check box that, when selected, indicates the list is inactive and not in use.
Task Procedure
Add Custom Lists
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Custom Lists
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Manage Custom List Items
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Ortho Custom List Items () icon to display the Ortho Custom List Items Window.
  2. Enter the list items as required.
Delete Custom Lists
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.

  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.

    Note: You cannot delete a list that contains list items. You must remove the list items first.

Ortho Custom List Items Window

The Ortho Custom List Items window allows you to specify the answers to include in the custom list. It displays when you open the Ortho Custom Lists window, select a custom list and click the Ortho Custom List Items () icon.

Field Description
List Name

A disabled field that indicates the selected custom list.
Response

A text field that indicates the answer to display in the custom list.

Inactive

A check box that, when selected, indicates the item is inactive and not in use.
