Student Exams Import Window

The Exam Import utility in axiUm allows you to import student provider exams that were assessed outside of axiUm.

Example: A provider completes a paper exam in one of their classes.

Imported exams are created from text files. They must contain the following details:

  • Provider code: This can be a maximum of 10 characters in length.
  • Exam date: This must be 8 characters and entered in MMDDYYYY format.
  • Exam code: This can be a maximum of 8 characters in length and must match the Import Code set in Maintenance > Evaluations > Forms > Import Code field.

The Student Exams Import window allows you to upload this file and import the results into axiUm.

Field Description
Import File

A text field that indicates the path to the import file.

The ellipsis is used to navigate to and import the file.
Result File

A text field that indicates the path to the result file.

The ellipsis is used to navigate to the result file.
Overwrite Results File?

A check box that, when selected indicates that the result file will be over written and any previous results will be deleted.

Note: When deselected, any import results are appended to the previous results.
