Add User Form Actions

When necessary, you can add form actions to a user form from the Personal Planner.

These can include:

  • Adding comments.
  • Changing the form status.
  • Tip: Status codes can be used to automatically assign forms to a specific user or group.

  • Assigning a form.

To add a form action to a user form:

  1. Open the Personal Planner module to the Lists tab and click the User Forms () icon to display the User Forms window.
  2. Select an existing form from the drop-down list .
  3. Click the Add Action () icon to display the Add Form Action window.
  4. Complete the fields as necessary and click OK.
