You can now use Linked Apps to authenticate users in third-party applications via Single Sign-On (SSO).

The Nav Panel has been refreshed to improve navigation clarity and user engagement within axiUm. The changes include new colors, module icons, and an updated axiUm logo.

The Online Requests sub-tab is now available in the Personal Planner module for all institutions that want to use online appointment requests, regardless of whether they have purchased PatientAccess 2.0. This includes institutions that integrate with axiUm Engage.

You can now use a Check for Responses button to check manually for available claim responses. This replaces the Load Responses button.

The Claims module can now automatically check for and import claim and remittance responses. Once enabled, any available responses are auto-imported into the Claims module on a specified interval and a purple notification displays at the top of the module to indicate that responses are available.

Notifications now display at the top of the Claims module during claim submission to indicate the state of the claim and whether an error occurred.

The EDI Claims module has been renamed to Claims.

We have refreshed the Claims module navigation to allow for easier, more logical navigation when working with claims and payments. Several of the tabs, fields, and action button labels have been renamed and improved. The action buttons have also been moved from the top to the bottom of the upper pane.

We have introduced a streamlined workflow for claim submission, responses, and tracking. For supported clearinghouses such as DentalXChange, the process is now fully integrated into axiUm.
