Enhancement for 2024.2 release:

We have added several (new) right-click options to the Lists tab > Appointments sub-tab to improve how appointments are managed on the wait list:
-
A (new) Add to Wait List right-click option allows you to add planned, requested, pending, scheduled, or ortho appointments to the wait list.

A (new) Remove from Wait List right-click option allows you to remove an appointment from the wait list.

A (new) Edit Wait List Details right-click option allows you to edit the wait list details of an appointment.

We have added a (new) ON WAIT LIST indicator to many appointment windows. If necessary, you can click the indicator to display the Edit Wait List Details window.

Enhancement for 2024.2 release:

We have made a variety of improvements to enhance how appointments are managed on the wait list:

The Add to Wait List right-click option is now enabled on the Family/Patient Appointments window for requested and ortho appointments.

The Add to Wait List right-click option is now enabled on the Appointment List window for requested and ortho appointments.

The Remove from List right-click option has been updated to Remove from Wait List when working in the Appointment Lists window > Wait List tab.
