Configure the list of consultants that may be engaged in a treatment plan.

Consultant Types Window

The Consultant Types window allows you to manage the consultants that may be involved in the review of treatment plans and whether their approval is required.

Field Description
Description

A text field that describes the consultant type.
Short Desc.

A text field that indicates the abbreviated code that identifies the consultant type.
Requires Approval

A check box that, when selected, indicates that the consultant must swipe their card in order to acknowledge that they have reviewed the treatment plan.
Task Procedure
Add Consultant Types
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Consultant Types
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Consultant Types
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Consultant Type Codes report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Consultant Types Codes report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Consultant Type Codes report uses the consults.rpt file.
