axiUm Hub Setup Window

The axiUm Hub Setup window allows you to configure axiUm to use the axiUm Hub for all Hub services including Claims Service, Notification Service, and CAPI.

Field Description
Is axiUm Hub available?

A checkbox that, when selected, indicates that the axiUm Hub is enabled.

When deselected, calls cannot be made to the axiUm Hub and all axiUm Hub-related functionality is disabled.
axiUm Hub URL

A text field that indicates the public URL for the axiUm Hub.
Test Connection

A button that tests the connection to the services in the axiUm Hub.

Note: If not successful, confirm the axiUm Hub configuration is correct and, if necessary, contact axiUm Professional Services.

Time Zone

A drop-down list that indicates your IANA country and time zone.
Task Procedure
Configure axiUm Hub Setup
  1. Complete/modify the fields as necessary.
  2. (Optional) Click the Test Connection button to confirm the connection is successful.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.
