Limited Procedures Tables Window

Limited procedures are those that must be done within specific clinical areas. They are defined as sets of procedure ranges.

Note: The Clinic Procedure Limits window uses these definitions to define the procedures that the clinic can perform.

The Limited Procedure Tables window allows you to create and manage the list of Limited Procedure Tables, and specify the procedures within them.

Description

A text field that describes the limited procedure table.
Task

Procedure
Add Procedure Tables
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Enter a Description and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Specify Procedures in Table
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Edit Limited Procedures Tables() icon to display the Edit Limited Procedures Tables window.
  2. Specify procedures as required and close the window.
Edit Procedure Tables
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Reorder Procedure Tables
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Click the Up and Down buttons to move the selected entry within the list.
Delete Procedure Tables
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Limited Procedure Tables report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Limited Procedure Tables report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Limited Procedure Tables reports uses the lmtproctbl.rpt file.

Edit Limited Procedures Tables

(Maintenance > Scheduler > Limited Procedures)

The Edit Limited Procedures Tables window allows you to define the procedure ranges included within the selected limited procedure table. It displays when you open the Limited Procedures Tables window, select a listed table and click the Edit Limited Procedures Tables () icon.

Field Description
Table

A disabled field that indicates the selected limited procedures table.
Item

A text field that indicates the item number of the list and is used to order the list.
From / To

Text fields that indicate the first and last procedures of the range of procedures that apply to this table.

The ellipses are used to display the Procedure Code List window and select procedure codes.

Task Procedure
Add Procedures to List
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Procedures in List
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Remove Procedures from List
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
