Clinic Time Reasons Window

Clinic time reasons are a way to indicate the type of appointment that should be scheduled during a specified time in the clinic. These often correspond to disciplines or appointment code types. These are most commonly used in student clinics where schedules are imported and are similar to ideal day settings or discipline stamps on the Chair tab.

The Clinic Time Reasons window allows you to manage the list of clinic time reasons and the text and background color to display.

Field Description
Display Desc.

A text field that indicates the text to display in the Scheduler for this clinic time reason.
Inactive

A checkbox that, when selected, indicates the field is inactive and not in use.
Default Color A color bar that indicates the background color to display in the Scheduler for this clinic time reason.
Task Procedure
Add Clinic Time Reasons
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Clinic Time Reasons
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Clinic Time Reasons
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Clinic Time Reasons report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Clinic Time Reasons report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Clinic Time Reasons report uses the reservcd.rpt file.
