Clinic Groups Window

Clinic groups are used to group multiple clinics together. They can be used by all scheduling modes as well as the Appointment Expert and Operatory Monitor.

The Clinic Groups window allows you to create and manage the list of clinic groups, and specify the clinics within them.

Field Description
Description

A text field that describes the clinic group.
Task Procedure
Add Clinic Groups
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Enter a Description and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Specify Clinics in Group
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Clinic Group Definitions() icon to display the Clinic Group Definitions window.
  2. Configure clinics as required and close the window.
Edit Clinic Groups
  1. Select a listed entry.
  2. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Clinic Groups
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report
  1. (Optional) To preview the Clinic Groups report, click the Preview Report () icon.
  2. To print the Clinic Groups report, click the Print Report () icon.

    3. Note: The Clinic Groups reports uses the clingrp.rpt file.

Clinic Group Definitions

(Maintenance > Scheduler > Clinic Groups)

The Clinic Group Definitions window allows you to specify the clinics within a clinic group. It displays when you open the Clinic Groups window, select a listed group and click the Clinic Group Definitions () icon.

Field Description
Group

A disabled field that indicates the selected clinic group.
Type

A drop-down list that indicates the clinic.

Task Procedure
Add Clinics to Group
  1. Click the Clear Data () icon.
  2. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Remove Clinics from Group
  1. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  2. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
