| Condition Checked per Assigned Provider
|
A check box that, when selected, indicates that the condition should be checked individually for each assigned provider.
Example: If the primary provider is overdue, but the secondary provider is not, only the primary provider's name will display in the overdue list.

| Affects Future Patient Assignments to the Provider?
|
A check box that, when selected, indicates that the Patient Assignments window will indicate that the provider has an overdue condition. This is to notify the group manager and have them decide if the condition should be cleared before the next patient assignment.
Note: This field is enabled when Conditions Checked per Assigned Provider is selected.

| Limit Msg
|
A text field that indicates the overdue message code to use when the condition becomes overdue, and determines which user(s) should receive the message.
The ellipsis is used to display the Overdue Messages window and select an overdue message code.

| Resend Every __
|
A text field that indicates the length of time to allow the condition to be met before resending the message.

|
A text field that indicates the overdue message code to use when an extension is granted for this condition, and determines which user(s) should receive the message.
