PatientAccess Security Definitions Window

The PatientAccess Security Definitions window allows you to manage the list of available PatientAccess security questions for use by patients at your institution.

Once patients select and answer these questions in PatientAccess, those answers can later be used to confirm the identity of the patient.

Field	Description
Question	The security question.

PatientAccess Security Definitions - Tasks

Task	Procedure
Add Security Questions	Click the Clear Data () icon. Complete the fields as necessary and click the Add a new Record () icon.
Edit Security Questions	Select a listed entry. Make any necessary changes and click the Modify Record () icon.
Delete Security Questions	Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Preview/Print Report	(Optional) To preview the PatientAccess Security Definitions report, click the Preview Report () icon. To print the PatientAccess Security Definitions report, click the Print Report () icon. Note: The PatientAccess Security Definitions report uses the IsecurityQ.rpt file.
