Messenger Events Window
[Accessed from Maintenance > Office > Messenger Events]
You can configure axiUm to send messages automatically to users and/or groups when a messenger event occurs.
Examples: Patient is checked in, an appointment is failed, etc.
These events require a custom Oracle trigger that controls when the message is sent, who it is sent to, and what the message says.
The Messenger Events window allows you to manage the messenger events for your institution.
For more information on creating the Oracle trigger for messenger events, refer to the Desktop Setup Guide.
