Provider Schedules

Provider schedules define a pattern of days that a provider will work. They can also identify which clinic chair a provider will reserve and use during a session. Note: Provider schedules are generally used in undergrad clinics that use Chair mode. They are not applicable for clinics that will schedule in Availability mode. Provider schedules can be recurring or sporadic. Providers can be reserved in a chair, or blocked off as unavailable. If a provider is set as unavailable, a reason must be stated.
