Edit User Forms

You can edit user forms from the Personal Planner.

To edit a user form:

1. Open the Personal Planner module to the Lists tab and click the User Forms () icon to display the User Forms window.



2. Select an existing form from the drop-down list .



3. Select a form question and make your changes.
4. Repeat Step 3 as necessary.
