Delete Patient Needs

When necessary, you can delete patient needs from the Personal Planner > Lists tab > Pt Needs sub-tab.

To delete a patient need:

  1. Open the Personal Planner to the Lists tab and click the Pt Needs sub-tab.
  2. Click the Search for Data () icon to display your list of needs.
  3. Tip: If you want to view needs within a specific range, set the Date From and Date To fields.

    Note: If you have access, you can edit the User and Provider fields to view needs for a different provider.

  4. Select a listed entry and click the Delete Record () icon.
  5. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
