View Patient Card

You can quickly access the patient record from within the Perio Chart module.

To view the patient card:

  1. Select a patient and open the Perio Chart module.
  2. Click the EHR Forms () icon to display the Perio EHR Forms window.

    3. Note: If the patient does not have any perio exams on file yet, the fields are blank.

  3. Click the Patient Card () icon to display the Patient Card window.

  4. Review the information as necessary.
