View Perio Status History

You can review past perio statuses and PSR scores.

To view the perio status history:

  1. Select a patient and open the Perio Chart module.
  2. Click the EHR Forms () icon to display the Perio EHR Forms window.

    3. Note: If the patient does not have any perio exams on file yet, the fields are blank.

  3. In the text field, right-click and select Show Perio Status History… to display the Show Perio Status History window.

  4. Select a listed entry to view the perio type, prognosis, and PSR scores.
