Resume Perio Forms

  1. Select a patient and open the Perio Chart module.
  2. Click the EHR Forms () icon to display the Perio EHR Forms window.

    3. Note: If the patient does not have any perio exams on file yet, the fields are blank.

  3. Select an entry from the Form drop-down.

  4. Click the Unsuspend Form () icon.

  5. When prompted, click Yes to confirm you want to resume the form.

  6. If required, get approval.
