View Assignment History

axiUm records all changes made to a patient assignment. You can use this history to see all changes made to the assignment, the user who made them, and the date/time they were made.

To view assignment history:

1. Open the Patients module.
2. Select a patient and open the Patient Info window.
3. From the Personal tab, under Assignment, click one of the following to open the associated window:
• Providers...
• Managers...
• Faculty...
4. From the open widow, select an assignment entry, and click the Show History () icon to display the Assignments History window.
5. From the Change Type drop-down list, select an entry to filter the changes.
