Overdue Patients Overview

The Overdue Patients module identifies patients that need attention and ensures the dental care they receive matches the efficiency standards of your institution.

Based on your institution’s requirements, you can define customized overdue conditions such as a missed a six-month checkup.

When an overdue condition occurs, axiUm sends an internal message to the provider, patient manager, group manager, faculty, and any other user, indicating the overdue condition and associated patient.

The assignment clerk also sees an overdue condition when assigning providers to patients.
