Customize the EHR

Select the checkboxes to display the corresponding treatment statuses on the odontogram.

• PreExisting
• Conditions
• Planned
• In Progress
• Completed

Select the radio button to determine how each tooth (image) displays on the odontogram.

• Buccal
• Lingual

Select the default start check report that displays when you open the In Progress tab and click the Start Check (../Resources/Images/Icons/IconStartCheck.png) icon.

Select this checkbox to display the start check report automatically when a start check is performed.

Select the type of report being used:

• Start Check
• Pt Check In

Select the default form used to display information in the Health Summary portion of the In Progress tab.

Select the ordering method of treatments displayed in the Pending Treatments area of the In Progress tab:

• Phase/Seq
• Status (I/P)

Select the checkboxes to determine which treatment records display based on the following status options:

• PreExisting
• Conditions
• Planned
• In Process
• Completed
• Ortho Visits

Select the checkboxes to determine which treatment records display based on the following status options:

• Show strike-out lines

• Show deleted lines

• Show notes

• Show full notes

• Hide notes by module
• Show treatment forms

• Show steps (I & C)

• Show appointments

• Show recalls

• Show Appr User credentials

• Hide Inactive Treatments

You can choose to display records of certain treatment disciplines.

Note: If you do not select any disciplines, all records will display.

Tip: Inactive disciplines display as struck-out in the list.

To make scrolling through records easier, you can omit one or more columns from displaying.

Note: While you can hide columns, you cannot change their display order.

Use the Phase From/To fields and the Date From/To fields to filter results based on their phase and date.

Use the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary drop-down lists to indicate how records should be sorted.

Additionally, select the available checkboxes to set additional sorting behavior:

• Sort planned activity to the end of the list
• Sort treatment notes under each treatment
• Show appointments’ treatments

Select this checkbox to include the Station View in the list of views.

Select the radio button to indicate the default procedure type option in the Chart Add tab.

• Findings
• Dental Txs
• Medical Txs

Select this checkbox to display step procedure codes (when entered).

Select this checkbox to allow treatments to be added at the in process or complete status.

Note: This checkbox is used in conjunction with the Users window > Provider tab > Can add I and C treatments field.

Select this checkbox to indicate that any insurance companies that are set to display a warning about coverage when entered as planned treatment, should also display a warning when the procedure is entered as in process or complete.

Select this checkbox to indicate that any insurance companies that are set to display a warning about partial coverage when entered as planned treatment, should also display a warning when the procedure is entered as in process or complete.
