Copy Tx Plans

When a patient's Tx plan is out-of-date (for example, the patient never had the treatment(s) specified in the Tx plan, and has returned to the clinic after a long absence), you can copy the out-dated Tx plan and use it as the basis for the new treatment plan.

To copy a treatment plan:

1. Select a patient and open the EHR module.
2. Click the Tx Plans tab.
3. In the list view, select the treatment plan you want to copy and click the Copy Record () icon.

In the list view, the copy of the treatment plan is displayed with Copy of.

4. Select the copy and click the Edit Record () icon to display the Treatment Plan window.
5. In the Tx Plan Description field, enter a new description.
6. Modify the fields as necessary.
