Patient Attachments

There are two places in the EHR that deal with patient attachments:

  • Forms tab: This tab allows you to manage electronic forms attached to the patient record. This includes adding and filling out forms, approving and obtaining signatures, as well as assigning forms to users. Form answers can be reviewed and updated to keep records current, and historic data is available to view.
  • Attachments/Consents tab: This is an embedded version of the Attachments/Consents module that allows you to view and manage patient attachments without leaving the EHR module.

You can use these two tabs to manage a variety of attachments including patient forms, patient consents, and other, miscellaneous attachments.
